About The Position

Stepful is a workforce platform that redefines how health systems build, train, and retain their talent. Since its founding in 2021, Stepful has trained over 32,000 practice-ready healthcare workers. The company partners with leading healthcare institutions to address the national shortage of healthcare workers, improving access to quality healthcare and healthcare career ladders. Stepful's students form talent pipelines for major employers like NY-Presbyterian, Mt. Sinai, HCA, Providence, CVS, and Walgreens, with partnerships extending to half of the top 10 health systems in the US. The company is backed by prominent investors and was recognized by TIME as the #1 EdTech company in the U.S. for 2025. Stepful values mission-driven individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and embody core values of 'Care first,' 'Learn quickly,' 'Build together,' and 'Own it.' This role is an opportunity to build and lead nursing programs that are genuinely changing access to nursing careers. Stepful is expanding its practical nursing programs across more states and seeks experienced nursing education leaders. The nursing programs combine live virtual instruction with in-person skills labs and clinicals at employer partner sites, built on the NCSBN Clinical Judgment Measurement Model to produce practice-ready nurses. The company is passionate about removing barriers to nursing education and is growing nationally.
