About The Position

Riverside Community Care is seeking a Program Director to lead their Mobile Crisis Intervention (MCI) team. This role involves providing lifesaving behavioral health crisis response 24/7/365 for children, adults, and families in need. The MCI team responds rapidly to behavioral health crises, helping people stay safe, stabilize in the community, and connect to the right level of care. This is a leadership position focused on mental health support.

Experienced behavioral health clinician and leader

Responsibilities

Lead daily operations of Mobile Crisis Intervention and Jail Diversion services
Supervise and support talented clinical staff
Ensure high-quality, responsive, compassionate care
Partner with community providers, hospitals, law enforcement, and system stakeholders
Oversee documentation, billing coordination, reporting, and contract compliance
Participate in shared 24-hour leadership on-call rotation
Help shape and strengthen innovative crisis services in your community
