The Program Director II oversees all aspects of the Esperanza Immigrant Rights Project (EIRP) operations, including program development, revenue generation, financial management, contracts, resource development, strategic planning, quality improvement, service delivery, personnel development, and stakeholder relationships. This role directs, supervises, and collaborates with assigned directors, program managers, and other EIRP staff, and is responsible for the implementation of fiscal, operational, and human resources policies. The position maintains liaison with key governmental, agency, and community leaders, as well as key operations departments including accounting, HR, IT, and development, and the Director of Intra-Agency Programs. Esperanza Immigrant Rights Project, a program of Catholic Charities of Los Angeles, Inc., is a non-profit law firm providing community education and legal representation to immigrants. With over 15 years of service, Esperanza addresses the critical need for legal information and assistance for individuals facing deportation who cannot afford counsel. Core services include legal orientations, intake and follow-up, self-help workshops, and referrals.
