Program Director – Horizontals
About The Position
The Program Director – Horizontals will lead strategic growth initiatives across Process Automation by driving Competitive Displacement, Safety, Fire & Gas (F&G), and TSI (Total Solutions Integration) portfolios. The role is responsible for end-end program leadership, aligning cross-functional teams to accelerate customer acquisition, expand installed base penetration, and deliver differentiated solutions across global markets. This role will sit in Houston, TX and work on a hybrid work schedule. This is a global role with high visibility across Process Automation leadership, directly impacting growth acceleration and competitive positioning.
