About The Position

Finit is seeking a Program Director, Customer Acquisition to serve as the primary owner and driver of end-to-end customer acquisition cycles within Finit's Customer Acquisition Organization (CAO). This role exists so that the Head of the CAO can focus on leading the organization, setting strategy, and growing its capabilities - while this teammate owns, operates, and advances every active acquisition cycle with full accountability. Over a 2–3 year horizon, this person has the potential to expand their scope and assume broader organizational leadership as the CAO evolves.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 7–12+ years of experience in customer acquisition, business development, or enterprise sales - with demonstrated ownership of complex, multi-stakeholder cycles.
  • Program Director-level track record: experience managing multiple concurrent opportunities with full accountability for outcomes.
  • Experience building or substantially improving sales collateral, proposal processes, or go-to-market infrastructure - not just executing within existing systems.
  • Background in professional services, SaaS, financial services, or adjacent B2B markets preferred; familiarity with Finit's domain is a plus.

Nice To Haves

  • Ownership mindset: You take the cycle as yours from day one. You don't wait to be told what to do next.
  • Structured urgency: You move fast and stay organized. Speed without chaos.
  • Solution-forward communication: You are an expert at framing problems with proposed answers - internal and external.
  • Prospect fluency: You can read a room, identify real decision criteria, and adapt your approach in real time.
  • Collateral quality: Your deliverables look and read like they were made by someone who takes pride in the work.
  • Strategic patience: You understand that the 2–3 year trajectory is earned through consistent excellence, not impatience.
  • Share Finit's core cultural values of integrity, personal drive, innate curiosity, and empathy for others.
  • Be candid yet egoless and collaborative yet self-directed.
  • Demonstrate inquisitiveness, grit, and personal approach.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full customer acquisition lifecycle from initial opportunity through close - including qualification, stakeholder engagement, proposal development, negotiation support, and handoff.
  • Maintain relentless forward momentum on every active cycle; identify and remove blockers proactively.
  • Develop and maintain accurate pipeline visibility, cycle status, and next-step documentation for leadership review.
  • Represent Finit credibly and independently in prospect-facing settings - calls, presentations, working sessions - without requiring CAO leader presence.
  • Bring every material complication to leadership with context, analysis, and a recommended path forward.
  • Build, refine, and maintain customer acquisition collateral: proposals, estimates, RFP responses, case studies, and capability overviews.
  • Develop and continuously improve internal acquisition processes: stage gates, qualification criteria, handoff protocols, and win/loss review practices.
  • Create go-to-market assets that communicate Finit's value proposition clearly and competitively.
  • Document cycle learnings and convert them into reusable playbooks that scale the team's effectiveness over time.
  • Work in close coordination with the CE (Sales) team; serve as the CAO's liaison to OS Sales teammates where relevant, with those relationships running primarily through CE.
  • Coordinate across internal stakeholders - delivery, finance, legal, leadership - to align proposals, terms, and timelines.
  • Support resource planning, scoping, and solution design conversations that feed into customer acquisition proposals.
  • Operate with a bias toward action and urgency - turnaround times matter in competitive acquisition cycles.
  • Quickly synthesize new prospect context, competitive dynamics, or market information and incorporate it into active cycles.
  • Produce high-quality deliverables on short timelines without sacrificing accuracy or professional quality.
  • Actively develop a deep understanding of Finit's positioning, solutions, competitive landscape, and customer profile.
  • Build toward succession readiness: over a 2–3 year horizon, develop the organizational knowledge, relationship capital, and leadership capability to take on expanded responsibility.
