About The Position

VISTA Technology Services, Inc. (VISTA) is currently seeking a Program Data Analyst to support our PAE RAS Logistics customer in Washington, D.C. This role involves supporting and assisting the PAE RAS Surface and Undersea Logistics APM, PAPM, and Logistics team in responding to data calls, managing, analyzing, and visualizing data. The analyst will be responsible for building dashboards for logistics elements, preparing executive briefs, tracking tasks, creating and managing SharePoint pages, and participating in meetings. The position requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with a strong emphasis on attention to detail, prioritization, and meeting deadlines. Team initiatives and operational improvements are also part of the role.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1+ years of experience in a program data analyst role supporting DoD/Navy Program Management Office (PMO)
  • Excel advance level experience (Pivot Tables, Lookup, Power Queries) to support data management, analysis and visualization
  • Proficiency using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SharePoint and Power BI
  • Must be proactive, work independently, and within a team environment
  • Possess excellent communication to build effective working relationships with cross functional teams, stakeholders and across programs
  • Must be detail oriented, organized, and able to manage conflicting priorities
  • Active Secret Security Clearance

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting a NAVSEA Logistics PMO
  • Familiarity with Navy budgeting and cost analysis
  • Experience using AI to improve and automate work flows and financial reporting processes

Responsibilities

  • Support and assist PAE RAS Surface and Undersea Logistics APM, PAPM and Logistics team respond to data calls
  • Support data management, analysis and visualization
  • Build dashboards for logistics elements including maintenance, scheduling, training, funding, sparing supply support
  • Prepare and update executive briefs, reports and PowerPoint presentations
  • Tracking, providing status updates, and processing a wide variety of tasks to completion
  • Create and manage SharePoint pages, lists and work flows
  • Participate in meetings
  • Work independently and with a team to effectively manage multiple tasks within a dynamic and fast-pace work environment
  • Pay strict attention to detail, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Participate in team initiatives as needed, and take initiative to improve operations and office best practices within established guidelines
