Raytheon Vision Systems (RVS), part of the Advanced Products and Solutions (APS) portfolio of the Raytheon business, is seeking a Principal Program Controls Cost Analyst (P3). The position performs financial analysis and reporting for a portfolio of programs and supports program cost, schedule, forecasting, Earned Value Management System (EVMS), and program controls activities.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of related work experience, or an advanced degree and a minimum of 3 years of related work experience.
Experience using SAP financial systems, including APEX, PRISM, and/or Business Warehouse/Analysis for Office (BW/AO).
Experience using Raytheon PMX or a comparable financial management system.
Experience with EVMS, program controls, cost and schedule management, and/or EAC processes.
EVMS certification or the ability to obtain certification within 6 months of hire.
U.S. citizenship is required to access information under this program or contract.

Nice To Haves

Experience preparing and presenting financial briefings to management, customers, and peers.
Experience using SAP, Business Warehouse (BW), APEX, and/or APEX EV.
Experience using PMX for program financial management, forecasting, or reporting.
Experience managing financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting activities with established deadlines.
Experience performing cost and schedule analysis for production programs.
Experience preparing monthly financial forecasts and developing EACs.
Experience supporting proposal cost estimates, Gate Reviews, RFIs, and ROM estimates.
Experience with program invoicing, customer receipts, cash management, balance sheet activities, or funding analysis.
Experience analyzing financial and program data and documenting findings based on the analysis.
Experience using Raytheon projects, programs, financial systems, or program controls processes.
Experience applying financial systems and program controls processes to program reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities

Perform financial analysis and reporting for a portfolio of programs, including all elements of cost.
Support monthly program status reviews, Estimate at Completion (EAC) reviews, and Program Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) development.
Perform Earned Value Management (EVM) cost and schedule analysis for production programs in accordance with applicable EVMS requirements.
Prepare and submit monthly financial forecasts.
Support Gate Reviews, proposals, Requests for Information (RFIs), Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimates, invoicing, balance sheet activities, and funding analysis.
Support cash management activities, including invoicing and monitoring customer receipts.
Perform cost analysis for competitive proposals.
Prepare financial analysis and reports for Program Management and functional organizations.
Analyze program cost and schedule data and communicate variances against established financial plans and forecasts.
