Principal Financial Specialist, Program Cost Controls (P3) HYBRID
About The Position
This is a great opportunity to join the Patriot Product Line Finance Team. As a key member of the finance team, the successful candidate will perform detailed financial analysis, support baseline and EAC (Estimate at Complete) development and reviews, and work closely with IPT, OSC, and program office counterparts and leadership. This is an ideal role for someone who wants to be part of a fast-paced, growing business, and have an opportunity to support multiple domestic and international defense programs throughout various stages of the contract lifecycle. This role is being offered as hybrid (onsite & remote) with the preferred candidate located within a commutable distance to Andover, MA. Allowable locations are: Tucson, AZ; Huntsville, AL; McKinney, TX or FL. Relocation assistance is not being provided.
Requirements
- Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field & a minimum of 5 years of Finance related business experience; OR an Advanced degree and 3 years of Finance related business experience
- Experience with SAP, APEX or related tools
- Experience with EVMS
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements.

- Basic understanding of GSCM/Ops/Quality "Standard Structure"
Responsibilities
- Quarterly EAC reviews, by individual program & product line summaries
- Trend analysis for spend rates & EVMS Metrics at a product line
- Process Budget Change Requests (BCRs) as needed
- Manpower planning (IPT, ESPB, LOE)
- Support proposal activities & pricing exercises
- Financial responsibility for IPT (Integrated Product Team), ESPB (Engineering Support to Production Baseline) & NRE (Non-Recurring) efforts across the portfolio
