About The Position

Eliot is seeking a Program Coordinator to join our Community Crisis Stabilization (CSS) program. CCS is a twenty-four hour program designed to stabilize and support adults in psychiatric distress. This program is an alternative to hospitalization providing short term overnight crisis care. In this role you will provide clinical, administrative, and operational oversight and guidance.

Requirements

• Must have Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, social work or related field and three years’ experience
• Valid Drivers License is required

Responsibilities

• Provides supervision to stabilization specialists staff.
• Registers new patients and updates existing patients’ information, including the collection of all eligibility documents.
• Provides support to clients in completing required documentation for treatment.
• Triages client phone calls effectively to ensure adequate client care for CCS clients.
• Participates in daily team huddles and team meetings.
