We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented leader to oversee various residences throughout Suffolk County, providing support to individuals with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities. The Program Coordinator is responsible for the overall administration of assigned residences, ensuring compliance with regulations, effective staff supervision and training, monitoring of budgets and physical plant issues, and maintaining the quality of care for the individuals served.
