The University Honors College at Duquesne University seeks a Program Coordinator to provide administrative, financial, and data support for the College's operations. Established as the Integrated Honors Program in 1884 and as the Honors College in 1997, the College enrolls approximately 800 students and works with a network of 20 to 25 faculty from schools across the University to teach the Honors curriculum. Reporting to the Director, the Coordinator maintains the College's records, processes its transactions, and coordinates its daily operations. This is a high-volume, detail-intensive role. The Coordinator maintains budget and expenditure records against the operating budget and restricted funds; maintains the student progress audit against the Honors curriculum for the Honors College student body; assembles the semester HONR schedule and course catalog updates in coordination with the Director; and compiles the enrollment, completion, and outcomes data the Director uses for assessment and planning. The Coordinator also serves as the office's first point of contact and provides logistical support for three to five student events per month during the academic year. This position reports to the Director of the University Honors College. Coordinates the day-to-day work assignments of graduate assistants and student employees. This is a full-time, twelve-month, on-campus position. Occasional evening and weekend hours are required to support Honors College programming. Standard office environment; occasional lifting of event materials up to 25 pounds.
