The Faculty of Rehabilitation Medicine is seeking a highly organized, collaborative, and experienced Program Coordinator to support the Rehabilitation Robotics Lab under the auspices of Dr. Martin Ferguson-Pell. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of research operations, people leadership, community engagement, funding development, and strategic coordination. The Program Coordinator plays a central role in keeping the projects within the Community Engagement Cluster, as well as the lab’s people, finances, communications, and research activities, moving forward. The successful candidate will oversee research projects and personnel, support grant and funding applications, and manage project and lab budgets. Notably, the Program Coordinator will support the $1.8 million "Health Everywhere Hub" program. The role also involves coordinating research activities, contributing to reporting and publications, and helping create a safe, inclusive, and productive lab environment. The role also represents the lab, the faculty, and the University through professional communication with internal and external partners.
