Compass Housing Alliance is the housing, essential services, and emergency shelter division of Lutheran Community Services Northwest (LCSNW). In this role, you will be employed by Lutheran Community Services Northwest, but work in the Compass division, supporting a 105-year legacy of housing, shelter, and caring in the Puget Sound region. Since 1999, Cascade Women’s Program has provided a safe place to live and access to vital resources for female-identifying individuals experiencing homelessness in Seattle. The program provides 32 units of permanent supportive housing, along with case management and support from a skilled, compassionate staff. The Program Coordinator provides oversight and coordinates programming for the assigned supportive housing program. Programing will directly address guest barriers and enable a smooth transition from homelessness into the next step housing. They work with the Program Manager to facilitate development and expansion of services and facility management through engaging with the community and building networks. Time is divided between leading shift coverage, supervising direct service staff, administrative tasks, schedule management, HMIS management and case management support. All responsibilities are conducted in a manner consistent with the spirit of the Compass mission and its philosophy of care.
