  • Experience working in mental health or in residential care - preferred
  • Special certifications, skills, trainings, degrees (ex: CNA, NVCI, First Aid, CPR, Narcan, SUDS, CADC, ARF/RCFE, CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement facility groups and activities.
  • Coordinate all aspects of an assigned program.
  • Be responsible for the organization, provision, and evaluation of all planned activities.
  • Provide assistance to residents as necessary to ensure all residents participate in accordance with their interest and abilities.
  • Ensure that CCR Title XXII regulatory agency and facility requirements, including facility documentation standards, financial records, and program assets are maintained.
  • Manage the implementation of policies and practices to ensure the consistent quality of service delivery and compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory bodies.
  • Implement standards of care and assist staff to work effectively and efficiently with residents.
  • Participate in program development to ensure responsive care consistent with emerging client needs.
  • May assist with client needs as coordinated by client case managers, conservator, family members, etc.
  • Participate in and lead facility meetings and training as assigned or required.
