About The Position

Stefanini Group is hiring! Stefanini is looking for a Program Coordinator, Dearborn, MI. We are looking for a Program Coordinator supports the planning and execution of leadership events and governance forums within the Enterprise Technology (ET) organization, partnering with primary projects leads to coordinate cross-functional activities, manage documentation, and help keep team initiatives on track.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in IT
  • Previous experience in program/project coordination, cross-functional stakeholder support, or event logistics within a large-scale corporate environment.
  • Experience coordinating across multiple business functions or departments to support shared goals and timelines.
  • Strong skills in the Microsoft 365 suite, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, and Copilot; familiarity with task/milestone tracking tools such as Planner and SharePoint to support program coordination.
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on professional coordination.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to track multiple moving parts, deliverables, and timelines across concurrent initiatives.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Copilot and/or Open Code AI tools.

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of large-scale events, including Town Halls and All Hands meetings. This includes assisting with venue logistics, audio-visual coordination, and attendee invitation lists.
  • Serve as a point of contact during live events to assist with room setup and on-site logistics, ensuring a seamless experience for leaders and participants.
  • Coordinate with other departments to align schedules and ensure consistent event planning across the enterprise.
  • Assist in the creation and management of meeting agendas for recurring governance forums and leadership sessions.
  • Support timeline and milestone tracking across project workstreams, flagging schedule risks as needed. Partner with the broader team to keep deliverables within the agreed scope and timeline.
  • Provide flexible administrative support during peak event cycles or when organizational needs require it.
  • Strong ability to work as part of a team, support primary leads, and partner effectively with administrative colleagues.
  • High level of accuracy in managing agendas, tracking action items, and maintaining documentation.
  • Ability to identify upcoming logistical needs and timeline risks and coordinate mitigation actions before issues arise.
  • Maintain a steady, professional presence when interacting with senior leaders and their support teams.
