As a Program Coordinator, your superior project management and organizational skills lead to departmental success and accomplishment of targeted goals. This role involves coordinating, monitoring, and potentially supervising team activities, developing and recommending program goals, and managing work plans within budget limitations. You will oversee daily operations, coordinate activities with other departments, and evaluate program effectiveness to implement improvements. The position also includes developing communications, managing recruitment and team development, and ensuring compliance with policies and standards. Specific duties relate to data management for a Residency Program, including maintaining databases, policy manuals, and completing national surveys. You will also assist with resident evaluations, statistics reporting, recruitment processes (ERAS, NRMP), and site visit preparations. Other duties as assigned.
