About The Position
The Program Coordinator for Educating Character Initiative (ECI) will be responsible for coordinating all Program activities across campus: curricular, co-curricular, extra-curricular, pre-nursing, nursing, post-graduation. This role involves managing research for Program effectiveness related to the understanding of Virtue Ethics, working with faculty members teaching relevant pre-nursing courses, and overseeing the development and refinement of outcomes that address the addition of Virtue Ethics in each of the relevant pre-nursing courses. This is a grant-funded position with funding currently secured through 2028. Renewal or continuation of the position beyond the grant period is dependent upon the availability of continued funding and institutional approval.
