About The Position

BluePath Labs is seeking a TS/SCI Program Coordinator/Program Analyst to support clients at the Department of War (DoW). This role involves supporting the planning, execution, and oversight of regional, bilateral, and multilateral security cooperation and defense-related initiatives that advance U.S. strategic objectives for the Office of the Under Secretary of War for Policy. The position requires analyzing complex regional security issues, coordinating with interagency and international stakeholders, managing program activities and engagements, and preparing written products and briefings for senior leaders. It also includes supporting the planning and facilitation of high-visibility international events.

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizen.
  • Active Top Secret clearance w/SCI eligibility.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in International Affairs/Relations, Political Science, National Security, Security Studies, Public Policy, or a directly related field; a master's or doctoral degree in one of these areas may substitute where the bachelor's degree is unrelated.
  • Minimum (10) ten years overall relevant work experience.
  • Minimum five (5) years of professional experience in two or more relevant areas:
  • Demonstrated experience and expertise analyzing complex regional security issues and/or executing international security cooperation (SC) or defense initiatives to advance U.S. strategic objectives.
  • Independently manage and oversee complex regional, bilateral, and/or multilateral strategic programs and engagements.
  • Drafting professional documents related to defense, regional security, or security cooperation issues for senior leaders including white papers, briefings, reports, etc.
  • Experience leading the end-to-end coordination, planning, and facilitation of interagency attended international events.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills are required.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage complex regional, bilateral, and multilateral programs, initiatives, and engagements in support of U.S. defense and security cooperation objectives.
  • Analyze regional security issues and provide recommendations, background materials, and decision-support products for leadership review.
  • Draft, edit, and deliver professional documents for senior leaders, including white papers, briefing materials, reports, talking points, and other correspondence related to defense and security cooperation matters.
  • Plan, organize, and facilitate interagency-attended international events, meetings, and engagements from initial concept through execution and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to synchronize program activities, timelines, deliverables, and strategic messaging.
  • Track program actions, milestones, and outcomes to ensure timely execution and alignment with mission priorities.
