About The Position

LifeSTEPS is seeking an on-call Program Coordinator in Ontario, California. Under the direction of the Regional Director of Social Services, the coordinator designs, implements, and coordinates activities and programs within assigned affordable housing complexes, working closely with the Director of Social Services to provide high-quality services to residents.

The role focuses on supporting children from low-income and underserved families through after-school education and resources. The coordinator provides a caring, safe place where children can receive homework assistance and academic enrichment, helping them build skills and resilience. This is a non-exempt, part-time position with a schedule of 0–20 hours per week and pay of $19 per hour.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of experience in a similar environment providing services.
• Valid California driver's license.
• Reliable, insured transportation.
