About The Position

This position is responsible to provide support for the Dauphin County Clinic program and program director. Program Coordinator should have a strong knowledge of the day-to-day operations of their program, particularly as it relates to contract compliance, service delivery, and the participants intake/referral process for services. The work has less to do with general office duties than with assisting in the operation or administration of a local program/unit. Position will also perform Advocate duties. Applicant must be dependable, committed, and able to serve as a positive role model for youth in community, school, and home settings.

Requirements

At least one year previous experience in managing personnel and budgets.
Demonstrated communication skills, both oral and written.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Experience in the provision of home and community-based services.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and current auto insurance coverage.

Nice To Haves

Bachelors or Master’s Degree generally preferred.
Commensurate experience in community-based agency program is acceptable except for programs where the referring authority requires a specific degree.
Experience using an electronic health record system is preferred.
Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) is a plus.
