They will also administer the outreach, recruitment, application, and onboarding process of students to the nationally recognized NGSC program. The Program Coordinator will provide technical systems support for events and programs of the NGSC. They will take the lead in the planning and execution of 2-4 large-scale NGSC events per year, and will serve in a support role for all other NGSC events and programming throughout the year. This role will supervise student staff to support these efforts. This includes training, coaching, leading, and managing student workers who play a significant role in helping fulfill key functions related to communication, student tracking, and data.
