About The Position

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is seeking a Program Coordinator for three of their Campus homes. This role directs the daily operation of assigned residential facilities to ensure quality services that meet the therapeutic, social, emotional, health, and safety needs of the individuals served, in accordance with Devereux's Philosophy of Care, established center procedures, standards of conduct, best practices, and regulatory requirements. The Program Coordinator collaborates with Center Leadership to oversee assistant coordinators, residential program leaders, and residential staff to ensure individuals are safe, healthy, and living in a clean environment. Devereux offers opportunities to learn and grow in the Behavioral Healthcare field and provides comprehensive training in crisis prevention/intervention, trauma-informed care, CPR, and first aid. Additionally, Devereux offers the ASCEND program, which provides career guidance, coaching, skills, and financial assistance, including tuition coverage and student loan repayment.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited program in an area of human services.
  • At least (3) years experience working directly with adults with intellectual/ developmental disabilities and/or mental health diagnoses.
  • At least one year of supervisory experience required.
  • Ability to complete eight days of new hire orientation class.
  • Possess a valid license.
  • Ability to meet 100% mastery of Safe and Positive Approaches.

Responsibilities

  • Direct the daily operation of assigned residential facility to assure quality services that meet the therapeutic, social, emotional, health, and safety needs of the Individuals in accordance with Devereux Philosophy of Care, established center procedures, standards of conduct, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with Center Leadership to oversee assistant Coordinator, residential program leaders, and residential staff to ensure individuals are safe, healthy, and living in a clean environment.
  • Ensure quality programming, regulatory compliance, adherence to policy and procedures.
  • Train and mentor staff.
