About The Position

Soccer Shots Inland Empire East is seeking an enthusiastic, relationship-focused Program Coordinator for the Fontana Area. This leadership opportunity is ideal for experienced preschool teachers, early childhood educators, childcare professionals, recreation leaders, and youth coaches ready to advance their careers. The Program Coordinator will be the primary representative for assigned schools and childcare partners, delivering exceptional soccer enrichment programs, building relationships, developing community partnerships, and expanding Soccer Shots' impact in the Fontana community. The role is designed to grow from part-time to full-time, offering opportunities for increased leadership, overseeing additional territories, and mentoring coaches. Soccer Shots is a leading children's enrichment franchise focused on combining age-appropriate soccer instruction with character development to build confidence, respect, teamwork, and a love for being active in children aged 18 months to 10 years.

Requirements

Minimum of 12 completed semester units in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or Child Development.
Experience working with young children in a preschool, childcare, educational, recreation, or youth sports environment.
Genuine passion for working with children and helping them learn, grow, and succeed.
Strong leadership, communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
Dependable, self-motivated, professional, and eager to grow.
Successfully pass a DOJ/FBI Live Scan Background Check.
Successfully pass a Child Abuse History Clearance, if required.
Provide documentation of a current Tuberculosis (TB) Test/Clearance.
Provide proof of MMR (Measles, Mumps & Rubella) immunization.
Provide proof of Tdap (Tetanus, Diphtheria & Pertussis) vaccination.
Maintain any additional health clearances required by partnering schools or childcare facilities.
Reliable transportation with the ability to travel throughout the Fontana Area.
Valid California driver's license and proof of insurance.
CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain).
Ability to actively coach outdoors by standing, jogging, demonstrating soccer skills, and enthusiastically engaging with children throughout each session.

Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding Soccer Programs, coaching engaging, age-appropriate sessions for children ages 18 months through 10 years.
Bring energy, enthusiasm, and creativity to every session, teaching soccer fundamentals through imaginative games and activities.
Foster confidence, teamwork, respect, perseverance, and character development in every child.
Create a safe, welcoming, inclusive environment where every child can succeed.
Lead the Fontana Area by overseeing Soccer Shots programs and ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional experiences.
Manage daily program operations, including attendance, scheduling, equipment, and program quality.
Maintain high standards of professionalism, organization, communication, and customer service.
Build strong relationships as the primary Soccer Shots contact for Fontana area preschools, childcare centers, schools, and community partners.
Communicate professionally and proactively with parents and caregivers.
Represent Soccer Shots with enthusiasm, professionalism, and integrity throughout the community.
Grow community partnerships by developing and strengthening long-term relationships with preschool directors, childcare centers, schools, and community organizations.
Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities.
Represent Soccer Shots during school visits, networking opportunities, and community events.
Partner with leadership to launch new school accounts and community programs.
Deliver an exceptional experience that encourages schools and families to become lifelong Soccer Shots partners.
Grow as a leader by example through professionalism, positivity, and accountability.
Assist with mentoring and supporting future coaches as the team expands.
Help maintain coaching excellence across multiple locations.
Take on increasing leadership responsibilities as Soccer Shots continues to grow.
