Be a part of the new Solano T HRIVE Center, "Transforming Hope into Resilience, Inspiration, Vision, and Empowerment!" We are seeking an innovative, strategic, and relationship-centered leader to support Bay Area Community Resources' (BACR) launch and coordination of the THRIVE Center, an exciting new collaborative initiative designed to make support simpler, warmer, and more accessible for children, youth, and families. THRIVE will integrate educational support, behavioral health care, basic needs assistance, and peer-to-peer connection under a single, trusted roof. Its mission is to make help simpler, warmer, and faster for families and their children. Various county departments and community-based organizations will sustain THRIVE as a coordinated, one-stop community center where students and their caregivers can access the full continuum of support they need to thrive during and outside of standard school hours and throughout the academic year. The THRIVE Center is being developed through a collaborative partnership among BACR, community organizations, public agencies, schools, and local leaders committed to improving access to services and strengthening outcomes for children, youth, and families. As the operator of the THRIVE Center, BACR will coordinate daily operations and partner collaboration to ensure families experience seamless access to services and support. The Program Coordinator will play a central role in launching and operating the THRIVE Center during its early development and implementation phases. This is a unique opportunity to help build a new community resource from the ground up by developing partnerships, establishing systems and processes, coordinating services, and creating a seamless experience for families accessing support. Working closely with BACR leadership, community partners, and the THRIVE Leadership Committee, the Program Coordinator will oversee partner coordination, system development, outreach efforts, service integration, and continuous improvement activities. This position will help shape the Center's infrastructure, including referral pathways, shared workflows, data systems, and collaborative practices that support effective cross-agency coordination. The Program Coordinator will supervise the Center’s Family Resource Navigator, providing support, coaching, and reflective supervision while helping ensure high-quality participant experiences and effective service delivery. The Program Coordinator will also serve as a key relationship-builder, ensuring that families, partners, and stakeholders experience THRIVE as a welcoming, responsive, and trusted community resource. As the Center grows, this role will guide implementation, strengthen partnerships, identify service gaps, and support the ongoing development of innovative solutions that improve outcomes for children, youth, and families.
