About The Position

Under the direction of program leadership, the Program Coordinator is responsible for the administration, coordination, development, and enrichment of Bauer Leaders Academy programs. These programs may include academic or extracurricular offerings such as courses, cohort-based experiences, experiential learning programs, and milestone events. The role supports both the design and continuous improvement of assigned programs while managing day-to-day operational needs. This position works closely with faculty, facilitators, campus partners, and student participants to ensure programs are well-executed and aligned with the Academy’s mission.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and/or experience may substitute for minimum education.

Responsibilities

  • Administers and coordinates Bauer Leaders Academy programs, including managing logistics, maintaining program schedules, and serving as a primary point of contact for program participants.
  • Supports the development and enrichment of Academy programs by researching and proposing enhancements, assisting in the design of new offerings, and identifying opportunities to strengthen program quality.
  • Coordinates the planning and execution of program events, activities, and milestone experiences, including managing logistics, liaising with partners, and preparing materials.
  • Supports program assessment and continuous improvement by collecting and analyzing feedback and data, preparing reports, and recommending improvements.
  • Coordinates with faculty, facilitators, and campus partners to support program planning and delivery, facilitate communication, and ensure well-organized logistics.
  • Performs other activities required to support the achievement of the Bauer Leaders Academy’s mission and objectives.
