About The Position

The Program Coordinator is a key administrative and operational resource supporting provider recruitment, locum tenens management, onboarding activities, and provider relations initiatives. The role coordinates contracts and financial oversight for locum providers, supports provider sourcing, facilitates onboarding, and manages provider engagement events and vendor relationships. It serves as a central coordinator for provider recruitment and engagement efforts, helping ensure efficient management of locum resources, onboarding activities, vendor partnerships, and provider-focused events.

Requirements

• Associate degree in a related field.
• Two years of experience working with physicians, advanced practice providers, vendors, or healthcare operations.
• Employees must be vaccinated against measles, mumps, rubella, and varicella, or have lab-confirmed immunity.
• Employees must receive a flu vaccine during the flu season in the year they are hired and annually thereafter, unless granted an approved medical or religious exemption.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate contracts and financial oversight for locum providers.
