Program Coordinator - Provider Relations
About The Position
The Program Coordinator serves as a key administrative and operational resource supporting provider recruitment, locum tenens management, onboarding activities, and provider relations initiatives. The role coordinates contracts and financial oversight for locum providers, supports provider sourcing efforts, facilitates onboarding processes, and manages provider engagement events and vendor relationships. The coordinator supports provider recruitment and engagement while helping ensure efficient management of locum resources, onboarding activities, vendor partnerships, and provider-focused events.
Requirements
- Associate degree in a related field.
- Two years of experience working with physicians, advanced practice providers, vendors, or healthcare operations.
- Employees must be vaccinated or have lab-confirmed immunity for Measles, Mumps, Rubella, and Varicella.
- Employees must receive a flu vaccine during the flu season in the year they are hired and annually thereafter, or receive an approved medical or religious exemption.
