About The Position

Futures Through Choices is hiring an energetic, responsible, and professional Program Coordinator for our Taylorsville group home. This role involves working directly with individuals with disabilities such as Down Syndrome, MR, Traumatic Brain Injury, and other cognitive and physical disabilities. The ideal candidate will have the ability to make decisions that affect other people's daily lives and manage employees.

Requirements

• Ability to work directly with individuals with disabilities.
• Ability to manage employees.
• Clean Driver's Record (no DUI, Reckless Driving, or multiple speeding and moving violations).
• Must pass an in-depth background check prior to starting.

Responsibilities

• Managing employees, including scheduling staff hours to comply with staffing requirements.
• Ensuring individuals in the group home attend their daily activities, including day programs, work programs, and medical appointments.
• Generating weekly and monthly reports as directed by individual programs.
• Running staff meetings and trainings, ensuring they are scheduled and staff are attending as required.
