About The Position

The Stovall House is seeking a Program Coordinator to assist the Programming Manager with planning and executing all programming events. This role involves coordinating event logistics, communication, and on-site execution. The coordinator will also be responsible for creating and updating event content, managing member communications, and supporting event setups and breakdowns. A key aspect of this role is ensuring all member interactions are professional, personal, and seamless, while completing assigned tasks efficiently and accurately.

  • Experience in hospitality or events preferred.

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including day shifts, evening shifts, holidays, and weekends.
  • Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint: can work on both MAC and PC
  • Must be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds at times.
  • Ability to commute/relocate: Tampa, FL 33611: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with NorthStar, TripleSeat and Social Tables a plus (training provided).

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Programming Manager with planning and executing all programming events.
  • Coordinate event logistics and communication to ensure smooth, on-site execution.
  • Create and update event content and materials with Piper & Co. Creative Studio.
  • Oversee weekly email to all members promoting upcoming programming events.
  • Write and maintain BEOs in TripleSeat.
  • Build event layouts in Social Tables and update details in TripleSeat.
  • Support event set-ups and breakdowns with the event staff team.
  • Ensure all member interactions are professional, personal, and seamless.
  • Complete assigned tasks and projects efficiently and accurately.
