About The Position

Restart Inc. is looking for experienced group home Program Coordinators for our facilities in South Minneapolis. Successful candidates will enjoy a fast paced environment and the opportunity to work with clients who have minimal physical care needs.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to self-direct task prioritization.
• Experience in MA and other benefit programs.
• Experience with SSI and other available disability programs.
• A valid driver's license.
• 2 years of managing experience.
• Detail-oriented.
• Technology savvy.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical appointment support and coordination.
• Provide programmatic support and coordination.
• Be on a rotating, 2-week on call schedule and handle emergency situations.
• Onboard new employees following site specific regulations.
• Plan activities that engage the residents.
• Work alongside the Site Manager daily in one location serving up to nine individuals coordinating all medical, financial and programming needs.
• Work confidently with various team members and advocate for the best outcomes for the persons served.
