The role involves facilitating communication with university school district partners, marketing and recruiting for aspiring teachers and principals to ensure program sustainability, planning and coordinating meetings and events, monitoring student success, processing budgetary requests, managing program operations, working with an external evaluator on program effectiveness data, and maintaining program information on the school's website.
