The Program Coordinator plays a key role in supporting research, scholarly, and funded activities by providing organizational and coordination support across a various portfolio of initiatives. The Program Coordinator serves as a central resource for grant development, manuscript preparation, protocol development, and project coordination. Within Neuro-Oncology, the Program Coordinator supports the Director of Clinical Research by coordinating activities, maintaining project organization, and facilitating communication across multiple initiatives. UT MD Anderson is committed to advancing innovative research and scientific discovery that improves outcomes for patients worldwide. The ideal candidate will have familiarity with reference management software such as EndNote, Zotero, or Mendeley, along with prior co-authorship on academic publications. Experience supporting the development and submission of manuscripts, research protocols, or grant applications is highly desirable, demonstrating strong scientific writing, organization, and research coordination skills.
