About The Position

Arisa Health is seeking candidates to fill a Program Coordinator IV position for our school-based program in Rogers, AR. A master's degree in counseling or social work with a current terminal Arkansas license (LPC or LCSW) is required. The candidate should have excellent communication (oral and written), time management, organizational, computer (including Excel) and leadership skills. Candidates must have strong community relationships and be able to manage a clinic and staff members. The ability to be self-motivated, organized and to work independently as well as with a treatment team model is required. The candidate should have the ability to organize and prioritize and be patient, consistent, and flexible.

Requirements

Master's degree in counseling or social work

Responsibilities

Serving as the clinic leader by training, developing and coaching clinic staff.
Facilitating the weekly staffing to review admissions and other clinical paperwork.
Reviewing deadlines.
Communicating policy and procedure information.
Providing clinical supervision.
Representing the agency in the community through participation in appropriate committees and activities.
