About The Position

Arisa Health is seeking candidates to fill a Program Coordinator IV position for our school-based program in Rogers, AR. Arisa Health is Arkansas' largest and most comprehensive nonprofit behavioral health provider. Formed by the affiliation of 4 long-standing Arkansas community mental health centers, Arisa Health leads with exceptional care that nurtures health and well-being for all. Arisa provides outpatient services, Crisis services and emergency screening, substance abuse counseling, intensive children services, intensive adult services, medical services, and residential services in 41 Arkansas counties. Requirements

  • Master's degree in counseling or social work.
  • Current terminal Arkansas license (LPC or LCSW).
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent computer skills (including Excel).
  • Excellent leadership skills.
  • Strong community relationships.
  • Ability to manage a clinic and staff members.
  • Ability to be self-motivated.
  • Ability to work independently as well as with a treatment team model.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize.
  • Patience, consistency, and flexibility.

Nice To Haves

  • At least two years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

  • Serving as the clinic leader by training, developing and coaching clinic staff.
  • Facilitating the weekly staffing to review admissions and other clinical paperwork.
  • Reviewing deadlines.
  • Communicating policy and procedure information.
  • Providing clinical supervision.
  • Representing the agency in the community through participation in appropriate committees and activities.
