The coordinator will provide staff training and supervision, engage with clients and families to support treatment adherence and recovery, market the program to the community, and maintain accurate documentation. The position requires a strong background in therapeutic services, a relevant license, and a compassionate, client-centered approach. Adherence to ethical standards, client confidentiality, and privacy rights is paramount. The role may involve contact with patients exhibiting moderate to severe psychiatric concerns, behavioral issues, and potential exposure to violent behavior. Responsibilities include conducting client assessments, developing and monitoring treatment plans, delivering counseling services, and evaluating program effectiveness. The coordinator will manage the daily operations of the intensive outpatient behavioral health program, including training and supervising PRN Therapists, and managing scheduling and patient flow. This role also involves liaising with community organizations, referral sources, and funding agencies to promote the IOP and participating in the referral development process. The coordinator will coordinate care with family members and outside resources, handle crisis calls and evaluations, and oversee diagnostic procedures for program compliance. Patient grievances, incident reports, and crisis situations will also be managed. The position requires preparing reports for senior management and regulatory bodies, and performing other assigned duties.
