Infectious Diseases is looking for a Program Coordinator. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced academic and clinical environment. This individual must be available to work Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with the ability to work onsite daily during the first six months of employment for training, transitioning to a hybrid schedule thereafter. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication, coordination, and project management skills while serving as a key liaison among Infection Control, clinical, research, and fellowship program stakeholders. They will have experience supporting complex programs, managing schedules, coordinating meetings and events, maintaining compliance-related documentation, preparing reports and financial records, and providing administrative support to leadership. The ideal candidate is proficient with data management, reporting systems such as Epic, budget tracking, and research administration, and possesses the ability to prioritize competing demands while delivering outstanding customer service and fostering collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
