Role: As a Home-Based Program Coordinator at Livingston County Community Mental Health, you will provide leadership, supervision, and support for the Home-Based Treatment Team and the youth and families that they serve. You will work in a collaborate environment where supervisors and clinicians have the tools, time, and training to provide excellent services. The Home-Based team goes beyond the walls of the office to work in homes, schools, and with other system partners to help build a network of care around each youth and family that we serve. In this role, teaming and individualized interventions come together to promote, healthy development, family cohesion and empowerment, and to maintain youth in their homes and communities. What you will do: As the Home-Based Program Coordinator, you will lead, support, and provide clinical supervision for a team of up to 8 Home-Based therapists and case managers as they provide family & individual therapy, crisis intervention, & case management services to facilitate safety and ongoing stability to those that we serve. The Home-Based supervisor also oversees respite services, authorizes and monitors treatment provided, and oversees program activities. In this role you will supervise staff implementation of evidence-based practices and will have the opportunity to participate in evidenced-based practice state-wide training. In conjunction with the Program Director and other Program Coordinators, you would assist in hiring, training, and overseeing program activities while monitoring for positive outcomes. To support the needs of the Home-Based team, the Program Coordinator may also provide family, group, or individual therapy, collaborate with system partners (MDHHS, Juvenile Court, Schools) and participate in workgroups or community-wide activities to promote youth and family wellness. While this position is primarily office-based, the Home-Based Program Coordinator also goes into the field as needed to support clinicians on the Home-Based team.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in social work, Psychology or Counseling required with Michigan Licensure as LMSW, LLP, or LPC.
  • Minimum of three years child/adolescent/family mental health treatment experience.
  • Effective teaming & strong collaboration skills required.

Responsibilities
