The Program Coordinator II - Undergraduate Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for working collaboratively with other members of the College of Education and Human Development (CEHD) Academic Affairs team to plan, develop and implement recruiting and retention programs. In addition, this position assists the Executive Director in establishing short and long-term operational and strategic planning goals. The Program Coordinator II also develops and maintains relationships with internal and external stakeholders to include but not limited to the University Recruiting and Admissions offices, Prospective Student Centers, Community Colleges, High Schools, and other entities directly engaged in recruiting and retention activities. This position also assists in the day-to-day execution of the scholarship awarding process to include coordinating with the CEHD Development and Business offices.
