About The Position

Under the supervision of the Volunteer Program Manager, this role is responsible for the daily Program Assistant duties of Volunteer Services, including routine and specialized support. Other duties include initiating, organizing, and tracking human resources, fundraising, and procurement activities. The position is responsible for the coordination of all business operations of the Volunteer department. This includes, but is not limited to, the coordination of procurement processes, marketing, web design, fundraising sales and related payroll deduction allocations, volunteer retention/reward and recognition programs, and regulatory compliance for all CHS division volunteers' onboarding and annual mandatories.
