About The Position
Pyramid, Inc. is seeking a Program Coordinator to be an integral part of the management team. The Program Coordinator develops engaging programming, manages a caseload, and helps build community partnerships that enrich the lives of Pyramid students. The ideal candidate is a dynamic, motivated, and compassionate team player who is willing to support after‑hours special events, contribute creative fundraising ideas, and stay dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with disabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or equivalent experience preferred.
- Experience in conducting training and behavior management programs for people who have intellectual and developmental disabilities.
- Two years of supervisory experience of at least 2 direct reports
- Valid Florida Driver's license; Safe driving record; 5 years driving experience

- Successful drug test.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring the safety, well-being, health, comfort, development & self-esteem of Pyramid students
- Ensuring that each student has choices on-site and in the community and the opportunity to pursue activities that are meaningful to them
- Maintaining required paperwork, interfacing with families and supports, developing programming
- Leading a team of dedicated staff members.
