As one of the fastest-growing academic health centers in the nation, Texas A&M Health encompasses five colleges and numerous centers and institutes working together to improve health through transformative education, innovative research and team-based health care delivery. This position is responsible for coordinating curriculum delivery, managing student schedules, documentation, and evaluations for Undergraduate Medical Education (UME). It also involves supporting the preparation and presentation of course activities, coordinating educational events, and assisting faculty in course development and delivery. The role includes administering the curriculum in an e-learning environment, communicating with students, faculty, staff, and external stakeholders, and maintaining confidentiality of student records. Additionally, the position assists in budget development and fiscal support for clinical education programs and ensures compliance with accreditation requirements.
