The Fitness Coordinator – Group Fitness is responsible for the development, delivery, and growth of group fitness programming. The role focuses on building strong member communities through high-quality class experiences, with an emphasis on participation, retention, and engagement (e.g., classes → community → retention), while contributing to membership growth and overall experience. The incumbent leads instructors and volunteers, ensures consistent program quality, and aligns group fitness offerings with member pathways and organizational goals.
