About The Position

Reporting to the Manager, Faculty of Medicine & Dentistry (FoMD) Research Training Programs, you will provide Faculty-level coordination and analytical support for graduate program operations within the FoMD. You will use institutional data and program information to support decision-making, program planning, and effective program delivery. It contributes to the development and maintenance of data tracking, reporting, and analysis processes related to student progression, enrollment, and overall program performance. The position will also support the coordination of admissions and funding processes across FoMD graduate programs and provides guidance to ensure consistent application of Faculty requirements. It also contributes to financial coordination, system updates, and the development of resources and tools that support program operations and the graduate student experience.
