The Program Coordinator for Student Success is responsible for promoting dialogue, bridge-building, and interfaith community on campus. This role is key in shaping campus culture within the Centers for Student Success and Belonging in the Student Affairs division. The coordinator will help students build connections across diverse backgrounds and beliefs, and create programs to motivate future student leaders. The position involves designing, implementing, and assessing workshops, training sessions, and resources that empower students to engage in meaningful dialogue across diverse perspectives. It also focuses on strengthening belonging, well-being, and academic success for students navigating religious and spiritual diversity, and developing services to increase awareness, capacity, and skills related to dialogue and navigating differences. The coordinator will serve as a campus resource, guide interfaith dialogue efforts, foster a sense of belonging, supervise a student intern, lead the Interfaith Fellows Program, and collaborate within a team to integrate restorative dialogue practices.
