Requirements

Associate's degree or certificate in a human resource field or equivalent experience.
3-5 years of Direct Support Experience in community human services.
Valid Driver's License, favorable driving record and auto insurance.
Supervisory Experience.
Leadership Skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinate supports for individuals served across multiple programs, ensuring good quality of life.
Ensure living arrangements meet agency and regulatory requirements.
Ensure that agency policies and procedures are implemented correctly.
Participate in agency activities, serve on committees, and communicate the agency values and principles to others.
Coordinate and monitor effective clinical supports and develop effective multidisciplinary teams.
Provide training and mentoring to new and existing employees.
Write reports and updates on programming.
Keep family contact.
