This role involves designing, implementing, and coordinating operational facets of a specific Law School program, including workshops, events, and meetings. The coordinator will serve as a liaison, develop promotional materials, manage an archive, facilitate an international visiting scholar program, coordinate academic events, produce audiovisual materials like a monthly podcast and oral history project, prepare annual reports, process expenses, and coordinate with other law school departments. The position also supports project guests and may assist in identifying funding resources, developing fund-raising strategies, and updating the departmental website. Additionally, the role requires developing a working knowledge of the Feminism and Legal Theory Project (FLT) and the Vulnerability and the Human Condition Initiative (VHC), maintaining records for immigration compliance, collaborating with researchers and students, and reviewing/editing various project-related materials.
