Girls Inc. of Greater MiamiMiami, FL
$50,000 - $60,000Onsite

About The Position

The Program Coordinator, ES plays a vital role in ensuring high-quality, consistent programming that positively impacts the lives of girls across our partner elementary schools. This position blends leadership, coaching, and operational excellence: supporting facilitators, overseeing enrollment and student data systems, and stepping in to lead programming when needed to ensure girls consistently receive high-quality support. The role is primarily based in person and requires travel to school sites throughout the county, in order to build strong relationships with facilitators, school partners, and families. Occasional work-from-home mornings or days are scheduled as appropriate. This role is ideal for a highly organized leader who thrives in dynamic environments and is motivated by both operational excellence and direct impact with girls and facilitators. While this summary reflects the core focus of the position, it is not comprehensive; as a small and collaborative team committed to our mission, the Program Coordinator may be called upon to support additional organizational needs to ensure we holistically show up for girls.
