About The Position

The Program Coordinator, Capital Expansion provides coordination, administrative support and project documentation management to enable the successful delivery of CASA’s provincial capital expansion initiatives.

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in construction management, architecture, interior design, engineering, planning, business or a related field.
  • Minimum three-to-five years of project coordination experience in construction, design, planning or capital development.
  • Valid Class 5 driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
  • A satisfactory Criminal Records Check. This would be the financial responsibility of the successful candidate.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting owner-side project functions, project documentation, budget tracking or permitting coordination preferred.
  • Experience with FF&E coordination, procurement processes or RFP support is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Manager, Capital Expansion in maintaining project plans, schedules, risk and decision logs, and reporting documents.
  • Support the Manager, Capital Expansion, Manager, PMO and Program Management Support Lead to build and maintain annual fiscal budgets for Capital Expansion in alignment with PMO departmental budgeting.
  • Monitor and track Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) metrics, such as cost forecasts, schedule adherence and dashboard tracking.
  • Review, track and process consultant and trade partner invoices, ensuring alignment with contract terms, approved budgets, forecasted values and IPD reporting requirements.
  • Assist with FF&E scope delivery, including Request for Proposal (RFP) evaluations, procurement coordination, careholder engagement, budget tracking and inventory documentation.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, action items, and ensure timely follow-up and accountability.
  • Work closely with the Manager and PMO colleagues to coordinate project activities and maintain alignment across internal and external teams.
  • Support communication and coordination with the Board of Directors, clinical teams, operational leaders and external vendors, as requested.
