About The Position

The Facilitator RN, in conjunction with the interdisciplinary team, assumes the management responsibilities for the quality and quantity of care provided by facilitating all aspects of stroke care, including, during and after the Code White process.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
Minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience required.
Current RN license in the State of Nevada.
Current BLS Certification.
Current SCRN certification as required by the facility

Nice To Haves

Two (2) years’ progressive management experience preferred.
