About The Position

As a Program Controls Specialist II at Honeywell, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating program control activities that ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. You will provide critical support in tracking project schedules, costs, risks, and performance metrics to drive successful project execution. You will report directly to the Program Controls Manager and work from our location on a Hybrid work schedule. This role will have a significant impact on project delivery by enabling effective program oversight, improving forecasting accuracy, and facilitating communication across project teams and stakeholders. Requirements

Experience in program controls or a related field.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Familiarity with project financial management and reporting.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Honeywell Forge software.
Knowledge of Aerospace Technologies, Building Automation, Energy and Sustainability Solutions, or Industrial Automation business segments.
